First 5lb Goal Reached

Yep. I made it. Actually the scale said I was one pound under my 5lb goal and boy, was it an annoying one. Limiting high calorie junk and eating baby carrot sticks as a snack was just crappy. It felt like my body was rebelling for a good chunk of that time so here’s to an easier transition. I hope that this is the moment where I make my stand for sustained weight loss. Onto the next five pounds.
