Eating After Dinner

I know what the literature says that a ‘calorie is a calorie’ but I’ve been trapped in a sandtrap all this week because I’ve ate stuff after dinner. I’ve been waffling between 348 and 350 all week. And I think it has a lot to do with my nighttime snacking. Again: I don’t go overboard with the calories after my dinner. I’d eat some trail mix and drink coffee and that’s it. Aaand stuck. So I kinda proved my point this morning to myself as I weighed 350.0 yesterday morning and today I weighed 349.2. I’m not saying the myth is real that eating late is going to affect my weight, but it sure does seem that way. I’ll update this tomorrow and see if I’m right, but it sure feels like it.

    I lost 81 pounds by eating only three meals a day, no snacks, and half portions .

      That’s pretty damn impressive. Congratulations! I hope I can make it down 81 pounds, I’ll feel so much better about myself and about everything else.
